Founded by Damion Barrington-Chappell and Rory Young who are widely known and respected in the field of Accountancy and Finance recruitment in Bristol, the firm has found its roots in the desire of the Directors to offer a service that is not only superior to that of their  competitors, but also more fair and transparent to all concerned.
