Leading and co-ordinating quarterly range reviews across all business sectors and products

Mentor your team of product managers/executives/graduates, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Promote cross-functional collaboration with engineering, R+D, marketing, and sales teams.

Skills, Experience & Background
Degree qualified or equivalent
Experience of managing projects from “cradle to grave”
+ 4 years’ experience in product management role, with technology being a part of the products portfolio.
Proven ability to apply knowledge and experience to a medium sized company setting.
Practical, hands-on approach, and an interest in how things work with the confidence to constructively challenge when they could be improved.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Numerate, ability to analyse and create conclusions from data
Good planning and presentation skills.
A medical qualification or experience within the medical sector.

As the successful applicant you will lead on all aspects of UK tax (both direct and indirect), including tax planning and structuring, tax compliance and provide day-to-day transaction support to the UK Group operations and ensuring all tax filing deadlines are met.
To ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and requirements relating to HMRC legislation for direct and indirect taxes
Identify, implement and maintain opportunities to mitigate the UK tax charge through efficient and effective planning
To support tax planning projects (where the UK is directly or indirectly involved) - eg M&A
Develop and maintain links between UK Operations and Commercial including the provision of transaction support.
Provide details of changes in tax legislation affecting pricing and lease contracts eg capital allowances, reporting P11D values to customers
Maintain good reputation with HMRC through regular contact and building a strong relationship
Manage the calculation and reporting of the UK tax charge at each quarter end and year end to group.
To ensure the Statutory Accounts are prepared in compliance with applicable IFRS for tax purposes
To ensure compliance of employee benefit reporting including reviewing all P11D’s for accurate returns and calculation of Class 1A NIC and preparation of PSA Agreement return
Advise the business of the income tax and national insurance implications of various incentive schemes and account for the tax associated with these annually on the PSA Agreement calculation where applicable
To ensure the Group’s gearing agreement with HMRC is monitored and adhered to including negotiations with HMRC
Provide regular updates to the Finance Management Team including preparation of UK tax forecast for the Annual Plan process
Required knowledge & experience
Qualified Accountant or Tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)
Fluent in business English language - written and verbal
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
Proven tax experience with a track record gained within a business regarded for strong tax control in a large and complex business environment

Reporting into the Commercial Director, the successful applicant will lead the marketing strategy to support the delivery of the 5-year plan. The marketing team is key to the organisational growth plan and work closely with the sales and product management teams to understand how best to present the product portfolio. The role encompasses all elements of the marketing communications content mix, with particular focus on-line: creating best in class websites, driving awareness of the top products through sales campaigns, SEO, social media and video content. Along with offline work, ensuring catalogues, user guides and printed communications reflect the brand and objectives of the business.. Key Accountabilities
Creation and management of the marketing strategy, driving the marketing plan implementation, and evaluation across all business units, in line with business ambitions.
Annual marketing budget creation and management.
Management and leadership of the marketing grid planning, implementation, and review of campaigns, communications, and content creation with monthly reporting on KPI’s and ROI, leading to a process of continual improvement in performance.
Ownership of all brand standards and tone of voice, ensuring they are always adhered to.
Leadership of the digital estate, including websites (7 in total), and sales & marketing digital communications across the business from a digital perspective.
Ensuring all websites and their key product lines are kept optimised for SEO across major markets, ensuring the information portal is well managed.
Creating and implementing a strategy for the use of video to be maximised within, communications, websites, and YouTube.
Responsibility for the non digital estate, including catalogues, user guides and brochures.
Looking to maximise external PR opportunities to help the wider strategy and reputation of the business.
Work collaboratively with the Sales Managers and Product Management to deliver campaigns and product launches / focus.
Management of brand image at exhibitions and conferences.
Team development, leading by example, showing leadership behaviours. Developing the 3 direct reports in the delivery of their work in line with the wider company, and individuals’ objectives.
With external agencies, manage and work collaboratively where appropriate.
Skills, Experience & Background
Educated to degree level, or equivalent
Proven experience within wider marketing, inc digital experience
Solid technical understanding of website systems
Experience of content strategy including SEO, and leading content workstreams to achieve goals
Intermediate HTML knowledge
Experience in delivering successful representation at exhibitions / conferences, globally.
Experience of writing copy, working on video projects.
Excellent analytical skills using on-line external tools to learn and adapt strategies and plans with ROI in mind (both fiscal and opportunity cost)
Ability to report back to the business and recommend improved ways of working.
Strong project management skills
Self motivated with experience of managing direct reports.
